Pina Bausch — Vollmond

An evening of orchestral music, jazz or ballet in one of Athens’ landmark cultural venues, with striking halls and a garden beside the city centre.

Behind its marble and glass facade, Megaron brings together grand concert halls, intimate performances and an audience drawn by the music itself. Its programme spans orchestral and chamber music, jazz, dance and visiting international artists, making it a rewarding way to experience Athens beyond its ancient monuments. The Christos Lambrakis and Alexandra Trianti halls offer different settings for a cultural evening, while the landscaped garden adds a quieter side to the complex. Choose a performance that suits your interests and make it the centrepiece of an evening in the city. The hall and seating arrangement depend on the event you book.

Be ready at the entrance of your hotel or chosen pickup address at the time selected when booking. Keep your phone available so the driver can contact you. Check the hall shown on your ticket and allow time to walk from the drop-off point to the entrance.

Bring your event ticket and check which hall you need: Megaron contains several performance spaces. Allow extra time for Athens traffic, ticket checks and finding your seat. For step-free access or particular seating requirements, contact the venue before your visit.

Greekaway provides the transfer only. The venue’s opening hours, operation or access may have changed without our knowledge — including temporary or permanent closure.
