Taxi & van transfer to Technopolis Athens

Concerts, festivals and exhibitions fill the former Athens gasworks, where brick chimneys and open courtyards give Gazi its cultural heart.

Technopolis turns Athens’ industrial past into a place to enjoy the city today. Former gasworks buildings, tall chimneys and open courtyards form the backdrop to live music, exhibitions, festivals and family events in Gazi. The setting is part of the attraction: you experience contemporary culture among the structures that once helped power the capital. Come for a particular concert or festival, or choose an exhibition from the programme and combine it with time in the surrounding neighbourhood. Different productions use different buildings and outdoor areas, so each visit can have a different character.

Be ready at the entrance of your hotel or chosen pickup address at the booked time. Keep your phone available for the driver and bring the entrance information for your event. Allow extra time for central Athens traffic and the walk from the permitted drop-off point.

Technopolis includes indoor buildings and outdoor courtyards, so check which area hosts your event. For an outdoor performance or festival, dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Opening hours, tickets and family activities vary by event; check the organiser’s programme before visiting.
