Taxi & van transfer to OAKA Olympic Velodrome

Olympic cycling heritage and a sweeping Calatrava roof give this OAKA venue a distinctive setting for sport and large live events.

Part of Athens’ Olympic story, the Velodrome hosted track cycling at the 2004 Games beneath the roof designed by Santiago Calatrava. Its sweeping structure and steeply banked track make it a recognisable landmark within the wider OAKA complex in Marousi. Today, scheduled live events offer another way to experience this sporting setting. The atmosphere changes with the production, from the focus of competition to the sound and scale of a concert. It is a distinct venue within OAKA, so the event name and entrance on your ticket matter when planning the visit.

Be ready at your hotel entrance or selected pickup address at the booked time, with your phone available for the driver. Bring the entrance details from your event ticket. Traffic controls within OAKA may mean a short walk from the permitted drop-off point.

Choose this destination only when your ticket names the Olympic Velodrome, not the Olympic Stadium or Telekom Center Athens. Allow extra time to reach the correct entrance on busy event days. Seating or standing arrangements, bag restrictions and access rules are set by each organiser.

Greekaway provides the transfer only. The venue’s opening hours, operation or access may have changed without our knowledge — including temporary or permanent closure. Before booking your transfer, please confirm directly with the venue that it is open and accessible on the day and time of your visit. A transfer booking does not guarantee entry or a table.
