If you are arriving by ship, select your ship's name when booking. Include any arrival-point details you know to help coordinate your pickup.
Enter the correct arrival date and your expected pickup time. Let your driver or Greekaway know if your ship is delayed or your travel plans change.
Use a phone number with the correct country code, preferably one connected to WhatsApp, and keep your phone available after arrival.
Greekaway provides the transfer only. The venue’s opening hours, operation or access may have changed without our knowledge — including temporary or permanent closure. Before booking your transfer, please confirm directly with the venue that it is open and accessible on the day and time of your visit. A transfer booking does not guarantee entry or a table.

50% refund between 2 hours and 15 minutes before pickup (50% retained).
No refund within 15 minutes of pickup.

How will I find my driver at Rafina Port?
Your driver will message you on WhatsApp when they arrive. Once you are off the ship, reply with your location or a nearby landmark. Your driver will coordinate a meeting point where vehicle pickup is permitted.
What if I do not know where my ship will dock?
Select your arriving ship's name when booking. This helps your driver identify the arrival area. After disembarking, confirm your exact location with your driver on WhatsApp.
What happens if my ship is delayed?
Contact your driver or Greekaway as soon as you know about the delay. Share the updated arrival time so we can coordinate your pickup.
What if I cannot use WhatsApp?
Call your driver or Greekaway to coordinate the meeting point. Make sure the phone number in your booking includes the correct country code and can receive calls.
